INGREDIENTS
Make the Base
Beat the egg with Sugar, than add slowly the Juice, the Butter, Flour and Yeast, mixing thoroughly.
Using your hands, gather the dough into a ball, knead for a few minutes and put to rest in the refrigerator for about 30 minutes.
Make the Topping
In a large bowl, beat Eggs with Sugar. Add Ricotta, Philadelphia and Yogurt and mix thoroughly with a wooden spoon.
Roll out the dough into a baking sheet, poor the topping on and bake at 180C for about 30 min.
