INGREDIENTS

300 g Flour
1Egg
200 g Sugar
200g Ricotta
Juice of 1 Orange
1 Tbsp yeast for cakes


In a large bowl, beat the egg with sugar.
Add Flour, yeast and juice. Mix thoroughly.
Pour the mixture into a baking pan, sprinkle the top with 2 Tbsp of Sugar and bake for 30 min at 180C.
